Recently, the National Cryptographic Administration issued Announcement No. 54, approving and releasing multiple cryptographic industry standards, which will take effect on July 1, 2026. Among these, Beijing Infosec Technologies Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Infosec," stock code: 688201) has significant contributions in drafting four of these standards, including:
· GM/T 0053-2025 Cryptographic Device Management—Data Specification for Remote Monitoring and Compliance Testing Interfaces
This standard specifies the interface data for managing cryptographic devices, such as remote monitoring and compliance testing, and defines the message format for communication between management applications and cryptographic devices. It applies to the research, development, and application of management modules in cryptographic devices and can also guide the testing of such modules.
· GM/T 0144-2025 Technical Specification for Collaborative Signature Based on SM2 Cryptographic Algorithm
This standard was developed to meet the demand for collaborative signature technology based on the SM2 cryptographic algorithm in applications such as e-commerce, identity authentication, and digital bills. It outlines a collaborative signature framework, including mechanisms and processes for collaborative key generation and collaborative signature computation, and specifies security and testing requirements for collaborative signatures.
· GM/T 0147-2025 Specification for Cryptographic Technology Application in Beidou Short Message
This standard specifies the service interfaces provided by the certificate registration subsystem, offering a unified data exchange format and interfaces between the certificate registration subsystem and third-party business application platforms, including certificate service interfaces and security requirements.
· GM/T 0148-2025 Certificate Service Interface Specification for Certificate Registration Subsystem
This standard specifies the application of cryptographic technology in Beidou short messages, including cryptographic technology application systems, cryptographic technology requirements, and cryptographic application protocols. It is suitable for guiding the development and use of cryptographic application systems for Beidou short messages.
At the same time, according to the China Securities Regulatory Commission Announcement [2026] No. 2, the financial industry recommended standard JR/T 0347-2026 Guidelines for Cryptographic Technology Application in Securities and Futures Industry Information Systems, co-authored by Infosec, has officially come into effect on January 9, 2026. This standard provides guidance on the use of cryptographic technology, cryptographic products, and cryptographic services in securities and futures industry information systems, the correspondence between cryptographic security functions and cryptographic technologies, recommended cryptographic products, and applicable data security requirements for the securities and futures industry. It also serves as a reference for regulatory authorities when evaluating cryptographic technology application plans for various institutions in the securities and futures industry.
