ICT industry veteran Addison Chan has worked in the industry for over 30 years. He has worked for various multinational companies, including Microsoft and Hewlett Packard China. During his tenure as director of Microsoft PRC, Addison successfully managed Microsoft's sales in the Chinese market and built lasting relationships with its joint venture partners.

In 2001, he founded Digimarket Group, serving the ICT industry. He manages company operations, business development, and strategic planning. Their esteemed clients include Apple Computer, Microsoft, Juniper Networks, Hewlett Packard, Axis Communications, Hong Kong Cyberport Management, and the Hong Kong Government.

He joined ABA Well Grow Ltd., a local distributor of industrial products in Hong Kong, in 2015. He transformed ABA Well Grow into a multinational company with operations in Hong Kong, China, and Vietnam, encompassing distribution, marketing, and value-added manufacturing.

Currently, Addison provides consulting services to several ISVs, listed HK technology companies, and technology providers in the Greater China region.

With over 30 years of experience as an expert in cyber security, Frankie Leung has achieved significant recognition in the industry. His achievements include, to name but a few, the Cyber Security Professionals Award (CSPA) Gold Award in the (ISC)2 Hong Kong Chapter in 2017, the Silver Award of the Hong Kong CTF Association in 2021, as well as the Senior Information Security Professional Award in Asia Information Security Leadership Achievement (ISLA).

To foster the growth of young IT professionals, Frankie has dedicated himself to mentoring and guiding aspiring individuals in the field of cyber security. In addition to being the ICT course advisor at HKERB, he is also the Course Advisor and teaches at the HK Institute of Technology in Cyber Security. Frankie is active in various association positions to further promote the Cyber Security industry in Hong Kong, such as the Advisory Committee of HKITIC, Chairperson of PISA, President of the ICS2 Chapter, Chairman of the HKCTF Association, and so on.
